Tadka Maggi Recipe


I know that everyone love maggi and we all have lots of memories with maggi, while growing up. It is a best snack ever I guess. 

So let me tell you the one more best way which make your Maggi amazing and hopefully you like it.


Ingredients

  • Ghee – 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
  • Onion – ¼ cup (Chopped)
  • Green Chilli – 1 tsp (Chopped)
  • Dry Red Chilli – 1
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – ½ tsp
  • Tomato – ¼ cup (Chopped)
  • Maggi Masala – 1 packet
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp (Chopped)
HOW TO MAKE

  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Once the ghee is hot, add cumin seeds and let them crackle for a few seconds.
  • Add onion and green chilli and fry for a minute.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and tomato and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add Maggi Noodles along with the taste maker.
  • Add 1 cup water and cook until Maggi is done.
  • Add lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander.
  • Serve hot.

YOU CAN ADD THE CHEESE SLICE OVER THE BOWL OF MAGGI AND ENJOY IT.

Can we replace anything with ghee?

Yes you can replace ghee with refined oil but ghee gives you a different aroma and flavor.
