LEAFY SALAD WITH WALNUTS



Again a mouth watering recipe for you which make a perfect and healthy diet for you.

A simple and refreshing salad of leafy greens, tomatoes and walnuts. Leave the ham out for a vegetarian version.

Add apple slice for some tangy and sweet taste.

Making time:-15 mins.

Ingredients:-

3 Leafy vegetables (lettuce, chinese cabbage)

50 Gram Walnuts (grounded)

1 Tbsp Walnut oil

1 Tbsp Sherry vinegar

4-5 Cherry tomatoes

A pinch of Salt


How to Make:-

Mix the leafy vegetables and the cherry tomatoes with the ground walnuts in a glass bowl.

Add the walnut oil, spread the pinch of salt over salad and add the sherry vinegar to the salad and mix well.

Serve with the parma ham.


NOTE:- To make it more crispy soak the lettuce leaf in ice water just for 10 to 15 min before making salad.
